The ACM Programming Contest World Finals were held from March 28th-31st 2004 in Prague, Czech Republic.  73 teams had qualified for the finals.  The South Pacific Region was represented in the World Finals by:

University of New South Wales (Ka-Shu Wong, Adam Schuck and Paulo Lai, coach Hossam El Gindy)
Solved 5 problems and came = 15th.
Congratulations to the South Pacific Regional Champions 2004.

University of Otago (Bartosz Fabianowski, Birger Brunswiek and Philip McLeod, coach Andrew Trotman)
Solved 3 problems and came =27th
Thanks for representing our region. 

Congratulations also to Raewyn Boersen who was presented with the Mark Measures Award for services to the ACM Programming Contest.
